La República Federal Socialista Sirmana por su mismo carácter federal, está compuesta de dos órganos principales, el órgano político y el órgano territorial. El órgano político se divide en ejecutivo, legislativo y judicial. El órgano territorial se divide de  13 estados soberanos.

El Poder ejecutivo está compuesto de un Rector, que es el Jefe de Estado. El Rector se elige universalmente de los 13 Gobernadores Estatales del periodo anterior. Además están los Ministerios que son los que concentran todo el poder. El de mayor importancia es mininterior pues hace las veces de Primer Ministro. En marzo de 2007 fue elegido Vladimir Halayoff como Mininterior por un periodo de 4 años. Sin embargo,solamente el Ministro del Exterior Nemequene de Techotiva tiene la potestad para realizar comunicación con otros gobiernos. La Capital de la República es la ciudad de Hannvannedth D.S. En cada Estado hay gobernadores que se eligen de acuerdo a la constitución de cada Estado, y de igual manera alcaldes.

El Poder Legislativo lo compone Las Gerusiuas que en realidad son comisiones del Senado pero repartidas por cada Ministerio. De ahí que el lema nacional sea "Zapatero, a tus Zapatos" por que en Sirmánea un actor no puede ser senador, así como un criminal no puede ser médico. De igual manera, el Senado en conjunto lo integra cada Asamblea estatal y cada Estado aprueba las leyes que le son favorables, con excepción de Las Leyes Federales que son obligatorias para todos.

The Legislative Power composes the Gerusiuas that in fact is commissions of the Senate but distributed by each Ministry.
